I spent two decades in the world's version of success. NFL sidelines, luxury spa floors, fitness studios, and high-performance coaching rooms. I hold a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and I have coached thousands of women. In their businesses, their marriages, and the quiet spaces where identity and calling collide. I loved all of it... Yet something was always missing. 

The rooms felt dark in ways I couldn't name. The strategies felt hollow. I was searching for a faith-based personal development space that didn't ask me to leave Jesus at the door... and it didn't exist yet.


Then I stopped chasing a seat at the table and started building a new room entirely. One rooted in scripture, lit by the Holy Spirit, and designed for the Christian woman leader who knows she was called to something greater. Today I work as a Christian high performance coach, teaching through events, retreats, conferences, and real physical letters... sent to women all over the world who are ready to awaken to who God made them to be. Thank you Lord for this assignment.
