I spent two decades in the world's version of success. NFL sidelines, luxury spa floors, fitness studios, and high-performance coaching rooms. I hold a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and I have coached thousands of women. In their businesses, their marriages, and the quiet spaces where identity and calling collide. I was good at all of it. But something was always missing. 

The rooms felt dark in ways I couldn't name. The strategies felt hollow. I was searching for a faith-based personal development space that didn't ask me to leave Jesus at the door... and it didn't exist yet.


Then I stopped chasing a seat at the table and started building a new room entirely. One rooted in scripture, lit by the Holy Spirit, and designed for the Christian woman leader who knows she was called to something greater. Today I work as a Christian high performance coach, building Power Families through retreats, conferences, community, and real physical letters — sent to women all over the world who are ready to awaken to who God made them to be.
